ABOUT CULTIVATE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Cultivate Community Foundation is working to make mental health education, wellness resources, prevention, and community support more accessible to individuals and families throughout Northeast Ohio.

We believe support should be available before crisis, connection should come before isolation, and people should have access to resources that help them take the next step toward well-being.

Our Story

Cultivate Community Foundation was born from a vision that extends beyond the walls of traditional mental health care.

Through her work in the mental health field, founder Keisha Bedell, M.Ed., LPCC, recognized that even the most effective clinical treatment cannot reach everyone who needs support.

Some individuals may not have insurance. Others may not be ready to begin therapy. Some simply need education, connection, trusted resources, or guidance before they ever reach a crisis point.

Cultivate Community Foundation was created to help bridge that gap.

Through mental health education, prevention, outreach, wellness programming, and community partnerships, we are creating opportunities for individuals and families to receive support in ways that feel approachable, accessible, and connected to the communities they call home.

Our work is rooted in meeting people where they are — and helping create pathways toward where they want to be.
